    For one set of hair ties you’ll need: 2 larger buttons, 2 x 15cm of 1,5mm elastic cord, embroidering 
    thread and some scraps of felt. 

    Pull the elastic cord through the holes of the buttons and make a knot on top. Cut out 4 circles of felt, 
    a bit bigger than your buttons. Cut a little hole in the middle of two felt circles and pull the elastic 
    cord through. 

    Now it is time to decorate the top. Cut out some smaller pieces and sew or glue them on top of the 
    two felt circles you cut out earlier. Then blanket‐stitch these pieces to the back, the button in 
    between.
