Sorry, I haven't built one either. Just keep searching or improvise via modification. Someone built and designed it to begin with, but that doesn't mean there are NO other ways to reroute the procedures. Sorry, just do a search on the internet... you found the book, I am sure someone, somewhere has one--they may be found in a junk yard for electronics.
