A. Goals: The overall goal of this course is to develop your understanding of practices of International Management across countries 1. To gain an understanding of Competitive Strength of India. 2. To understand the differences across management practices and Strategic Alliances 3. To develop a comparative understanding of world oil Markets

B. Requirements and Measurement: 1. You are expected to read the assigned material prior to the beginning of the class on the specific date. 2. a) All students will be divided in groups comprising 4 students each. b) The session will be made interactive through active participation from students. The entire session will be conducted through question-answer, discussion, current practices, examples, problem solving and presentations etc. c) Any group may be asked to present their views and defend the same in cases study sessions. d) All schedules/announcements must be strictly adhered to.
