Introduction
This is an assessment on our unit that is statistics. This assessment is on criteria C and D. This is an assessment that every person in year 8. Everyone need to do this individually and you need a question to ask the year level and find out and answer. The average way to answer the questions is by a survey. I sent out my survey and I did some research about comparing the amount of people that joined service this year and last year. In this report Ii will give tell notify you how I did my research and get the answer and notify you other things about what I did in this unit and what I found out.

Aim: To find/compare the amount of people that joined service this year than last year. Question: How many people joined service this year than last year? Hypothesis: There are more people that join service this year than last year. I think
this because people in the school created many more service groups that have a good cause and it interesting. I think this year service has increased by amount of students that has joined and contribute to the groups to help people and have a good cause to contribute

Why did i choose this subject: I chose this subject because I think seeing
how much people joined service and contribute for a good cause. I think that being able to compare how much more does people care about helping and seeing how the group developed in two years.

Witch ATL skills or skill did I use: I think I used organization because I need
to use it for my survey and organizing my information and periods of time I need to finish and set my specification for each class and know what to do in time to finish the research and analysis.

DATA
I asked 36 people around school that is in year eight and I got the results and analyzed it and created a graph to show/present the results in the way comparable because I have many choices and need to compare each one and see the difference so I chose the bar graph. I think the bar graph is a great way to present my information and it's connected and easy to compare. I use Survey monkey for my survey collection. I think survey monkey is the best way to gather the results because it is easier to use a tool that we have and use it for a good reason and get results by not need to count and stress yourself out. First I didn't think ineptly so I went and ask people and then send out a survey because I know it will help me get the results easier. In the lower page there will be my graph and my raw data and my frequency table and I found out my mean, median, mode and rage. First I had my raw data and put the data in order and make the table more organized and make it easier to understand and read the data. My raw data is on the last page

1. The graph I used was a bar graph. I used a bar graph because the graph is easy to compare the numbers. I think a bar graph really shows the comparison of each groups in each year. This graph can show an easy way to compare 2 data. This graph will show the two of the data table combined into a bar graph to compare the data Ive collected.

Analysis
As you can see in the graph there were twice or more people that joined this year than last year. This graph shows clearly that some groups there were no people that joined this year and some new groups that were made. On the right-hand side of the graph there more reds because that can indicate the groups that has stop and into the middle it shows that there are people that join new groups that old groups. In the left-hand side shows that there are groups with more people that join than last year and the other on shows that this year there is less people that join the service groups than last year. In this graph it shows that there are more groups that were made this year and there are more people that join service this year than last year.

Conculsion Answer to the research question.

After the research and data I collected I have got to the answer to the research question How many people joined service this year than last year? As you can see in the data and graph and data I collected in the page before, how many people joined service this year than last year? And the answer to the question is. Yes, because it shows that there are more people that joined this year and new groups with people and the portion of the people that join this year there are more than last year. My hypothesis is correct because the answer is there will be more people that joined service this year than last year and the graphs and the data collected proven the hypothesis correct.

Collecting method
I think the collecting method is the best way and the right one because it helps with the organization and can make the data be in groups already. I think that this using survey monkey is a great method to use for data collecting because it is online and easy to send and the data is organize and cant lose your data. I think I can improve the survey by making more people to do it and make the question more specific so I can get the right answers.

Graphs
I think that the graph I chose is a good graph for is specific way to read and collect data. I chose a bar graph because the data I collected can be shown and read easily. This graph is for comparing data like my own data. This graph is for groups of data and comparing the data. I think if I chose other graphs the data shown wont be able to be read and cant be able to be compared easily than the bar graph.

Pros and Cons

I think my data collected and my graph was good because I think that it is clear and in an equal number to compare. I think my graph was the best to use because I can represent the comparison of each group and the data on the service groups and it is easy to read. I think the bad things are that the questions arent that specific to the reader and the question might not be answer correctly. The other thing is that maybe that the question I asked should be and on proving 1 year right not trying to compare the data collected.
