IN THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE STATE OF ALASKATHIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT AT ANCHORAGE
THOMAS A. LAMB a Resident of the State
of Alaska, acting as
pro se,
Plaintiff,
W
Case No.: 3AN-12-09464-CI
VS
PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE BARACK
OBAMA,
))
Defendants
)
)
NOTICE TO THE COURT OF RECIEPT OF RESPONSE FROM HAWAII ATTORNEYGENERAL ON VERIFICATION OF AMENDED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Plaintiff Thomas A. Lamb (Plaintiff herein) continues to file notices
1
to the court.
The Plaintiff files this notice to continue to impeach the credibility of allegations thatBarack Obama was not adopted or an Indonesian citizen; who at one time was referred to by the
name Barry Soetoro and did not hold a Kenyan citizenship.
On January 3
1
, 2013 the Plaintiff via the USPS, received a response from the AttorneyGeneral of Hawaii (Attorney General herein) on the Plaintiffs request for verification of an
amended birth certificate of Defendant Barack Obama. The date of the response is December27th, 2012. See Exhibit A.The Hawaii Statute that the Attorney General cites
2
, pertains to
only records
that
exist.

Amended Lawsuit Ohm- 1

§338-18 Disclosure of records.
(a) To protect the integrity of vital statisticsrecords, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and properadministration of the vital statistics system,
it shall be unlawful for any personto permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics
records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record,
except asauthorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health. (emphasis
added)
Moreover, the Attorney General's interpretation of the Hawaii Statute conflicts with state
due process laws in Alaska and other states that
allow pro se
litigants to litigated in court.Given the Attorney General's interpretation on non-attorneys not having a direct andtangible interest under Section 338-18(g) (4), the Attorney General's interpretation is a directattack on the due process rights
of pro se
litigants.If
apro se
litigant were involved in a paternity case against him in Alaska and acertificate of live birth of a child named Barack Obama from Hawaii was introduced in theAlaska Superior Court without verification of the certificate of live birth, the Attorney General'sinterpretation of the Hawaii statute would deny the
pro se
litigant the ability to verify theauthenticity of what becomes a hearsay document without official verification of the document.Arguably there are more legal scenarios that could come into play where
apro se
litigantin an Alaska court or a court in another state would be denied due process by the AttorneyGeneral's interpretation of the Hawaii Statue relied on.Moreover, if a student from Hawaii was enrolled in an Alaskan school and there isrecords proffered to the Alaska Department of Education that the student enrolled in the AlaskaSchool for the Deaf is enrolled under the name Barack Obama but previous school records showthat his name was Barry Soetoro, the Alaska Department of Education would be denied theauthorization to verify the existence of a record of a name change or amended certificate of livebirth issued for a name change.

Lawsuit Obama- 2

The Attorney General takes one last step by saying "nor any other legal authority, entitles

ou to verification you have requested".

he Attorney General when stating
you,
this means all
pro se
litigants and all state

gencies.

oreover, the State of Hawaii in effect is saying it is above the Full Faith and Credit

lause when it comes to respecting due process laws, issued orders, civil rules on evidence and
7
earsay documents in Alaska and other states.Their law with regard to disclosure of public records is supreme to all other laws of other

tates.
10
he importance of the discovery of an amended birth certificate is it impeaches the
11
estimony in other court proceedings that Barack Obama was not adopted. An amended birth
12
ertificate lends credence to the school record that listed Barack Obama as Barry Soetoro by
13
irtue of an adoption and became an Indonesian citizen in Indonesia.
14
n previous court proceedings dealing with Barack Obama's eligibility,

an application

or an extension of a passport of Barack Obama's mother was introduced as evidence. On the
16
assport, the name Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah) is listed but crossed out.
17
lso noted is Barack Obama's mother indicated that she was going to live in Indonesian
18
ndefinitely because she was married to an Indonesian.
19
ince Barack Obama's mother is dead, it is hard to say what was being done with
20
rossing out the name with the added surname Soebarkah to Barack Obama's name. However, in
21
esearching the name Soebarkah, this is considered a legal surname of Indonesians.
22
n another case that challenged the eligibility of Barack Obama,

the attorney for the

Department of Justice made a misrepresentation of material fact that "to the extent this paragraph
