We said -Using the performance data already collected by Business Link such as penetration, numbers assistedand GVA, and working with the Network, The White Room will build a quantitative profile of the leveland depth of impact of services in each participating region.The White Room will work with regional Business Links and the wider network to develop an effectiveEvaluation Framework for the Beacons Project. In the light of developments around BSSP, and theEvaluation Framework being developed by BERR. (See above and below)
