2013 BRILLIANCE GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

INFORMATION:

$3,000* - Awarded to outstanding Navarro College Ellis County graduate who provides evidence of definite plans for continuing his/her study at a four-year college or university. *Amount of scholarship may vary due to availability of funds. The awarded amount may be received up to TWO semesters provided student maintains a 3.5 GPA and full-time status (minimum of 12 semester hours). CRITERIA FOR SELECTION: Note: any incomplete application packet will not be considered

Navarro College Ellis County student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 in the fall and at graduation (completion of spring semester) The student MUST graduate in the spring 2013 and have completed at least forty (40) hours of classroom and internet course work at Navarro College Ellis County campuses. He/She must have met ALL requirements for an associate degree by the end of the spring semester of 2013. STUDENT MUST RESIDE IN ELLIS COUNTY AND ATTENDED ELLIS COUNTY CAMPUSES. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please complete and submit the following: 1. Application: Please print or type. If more space is needed, you may enclose a supplemental page. 2. Transcript: Please attach or have forwarded an official transcript from all high schools or colleges previously attended. 3. Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): Please complete the FAFSA and attach the results of the Student Aid Report (SAR) to this application. Be sure your estimated family contribution (efc) is indicated. Contact Navarro College Financial Aid Office for assistance at 972.937.7612. 4. Essay: Complete Essay as explained in section V. 5. Reference letters: Submitted letters of recommendation. 6. Admission requirements: Admission to Navarro College is required to be eligible to apply for a scholarship.
NOTE: The above mentioned items are required to be considered for a scholarship. Please submit all required information with application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
