That the following sums are appropriated, out of any

money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the

For an additional amount for the ‘‘Office of the Sec-
9
retary’’, $200,000,000, to remain available until Sep-
10
tember 30, 2010:
 Provided,
That the Secretary may trans-
11
fer these funds to agencies of the Department, other than
12
the Forest Service, for necessary replacement, moderniza-
13
tion, or upgrades of laboratories or other facilities to im-
14
prove workplace safety and mission-area efficiencies as
15
deemed appropriate by the Secretary:
 Provided further,
16
that the Secretary shall provide to the Committees on Ap-
17
propriations of the House and Senate a plan on the alloca-
18
tion of these funds no later than 60 days after the date
19
of enactment of this Act.
