Makes 32 Purses
1 pkg Nasoya® Won Ton wrapsT chopped onion4 oz melted butter, divided1 pkg (10 oz) rozen choppedspinach, thawed andsqueezed dryT chopped mushroomsDash ground cayenne pepperSalt, to taste1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese,soteneoz eta cheese, crumbledPreheat oven to 400°F. Sauté onions in 1 tablespoon melted butter.Add the spinach, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, and salt. Remove romheat. Add cream cheese and eta cheese.Place the wraps at on a clean, dry cutting board. Place a heapinghal-teaspoon o spinach and cheese mixture on square. Fold updges around spinach mixture and pinch to make a purse-like bundle.Place on a greased cookie sheet. Beore baking, drizzle melted butterver purses. ae or 10 to 12 mnutes, untlightly browned.ptional: Once out o the oven, tie a chiveround the neck o the purse.NOTE: Can be prepared then rerigeratedor uture baking.

Sprinkle cheese into won ton cup.In a blender combine silken tou with mustard powder,ranulated garlic, lemon juice, black pepper and salt. Blenduntil creamy and smooth.
