In a climate of constant racism and aggression, In-digenous Peoples are struggling around the world toreclaim their lands, defend their cultures, assert theirrights and to quite simply defend the Earth. It is a lifeand death struggle led by more than 450 IndigenousNations who want nothing more than to live in peaceand friendship alongside the world’s Nations Statesand their populations. However, many of those Nation States, despite sign-ing the United Nations Declaration on the Rights ofIndigenous Peoples, continue to press on with theirdisparate ways alongside corporations, NGOs, mili-tary and paramilitary organizations and internationalinstitutions to exploit, neutralize and extinguish Indig-enous Peoples for little more than trinkets.Intercontinental Cry (IC) is dedicated to this struggle. We are an independent group of volunteers whoprovide critical news and commentary to support andstrengthen the global indigenous movement.
