About the Marketing & New Media Division
The Marketing & New Media team is responsible for solving client needs by developinginnovative and non-traditional custom solutions that move the needle and createimpact. Leveraging the diverse assets of our global sports and entertainment agencyand strategic network of relationships, we deliver brands integrated-programsthat actively engage their target audience, enhance brand perception and providemeasurable ROI. Core areas of expertise include brand strategy and creative ideationsurrounding digital and mobile solutions, development of original content, custom eventsacross sports, entertainment and lifestyle, experiential programs, strategic partnershipsand social/audience amplification. This small, fast-paced team of hybrid "thinkers anddoers" works with a passion for creative thinking that pushes traditional boundaries tostay on the frontline of trends and culture.
We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of marketing experience for immediate hire(agency/brand experience preferred). The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside theMarketing team to provide assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation andcompletion of daily activities. The role will report to the Marketing Manager.
Assist with developing and writing presentations and proposals to effectivelycommunicate ideas for prospective and/or current clients
Ensure the development of up-to-date marketing and sales collateral, includingpresentations, marketing material and case studies
Participate in brainstorming and creative ideation
Provide administrative support to SVP, Marketing & New Media (travelcoordination, expense reports, scheduling meetings, managing calendar,department billing)
Assist with client activations during high-profile events
Research and monitor media and trade publications for relevant analysis
Excellent writing skills, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively are amust. A passion for innovation and pop culture is also plus.

Teamwork, problem-solving approach, creative thinking and a desire to join afast-paced team will allow for this individual to truly grow within the group.
Bachelor's degree required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (mostimportantly PowerPoint) and Mac OSX.
