Everything is empty. Within the sphere of emptiness, from YAM comes a black bow-shapedwind mandala, marked on the left and right with victory banners.On top of it, from RAM comes a red triangular fire mandala, marked by blazing flames.Upon this, from AHs comes a grate of three moist human heads, upon which,from OM comes a skullcup with a single fissure, white outside and red inside.In its center, on a red eight-petalled lotus, from A I RI U LI and LI U RI I Acome the five nectars and five meats marked by these letters. Light rays from the HUM at my heartrouse the wind to blow, causing the fire to blaze and the ingredients in the skullcup to melt and boil.From HUM comes a vajra which stirs the substances and becomes of one taste with them.They take the form of a melting moon.On the palm of my left hand, then my right, then both palms together and in their center,resting on Moon, Sun, Rahu and Kalagni, are OM, AH, HUM, and HO from which light rays go out.From the hearts of all Vajra Body, Speech, Mind and Exalted Wisdom Beings,nectars of Exalted Wisdom are drawn forth and blend into the pledge nectar, purifying it, increasing it while endowing it with a delicious taste,causing it to blaze with radiance, and transforming it into uncontaminated nectar of Exalted Wisdom.Blessing the vajra and bell (1.3)

Vajra and bell are empty. Within the sphere of emptiness the vajra arises as HUM,then a vajra, then blue Vajrasattva with three faces, blue, red and white, and six arms,embraced by green Vajradhatu-Ishvari who is like Akshobhya.The bell arises as AH, then a curved knife, then as blue Vishvamata who is like Vajrasattva;she is embraced by Akshobhya who is green with three faces, green, red and white, and six arms.
