mhelpogi have u tried starting your sustem in save mode with command promp. follow the steps above. if u cannot start safe mode, the only option is to remove all your antivirus and install AVG 8.5 updated version. But first try to start your system in safe mode with commannd prompt.

hello sir,i need ur help in.. i'm using windows xp and is a novice user.. i tried deleting the virus autorun.inf in command prompt but the message " cannot access file" shows up also the recycler and system volume information virus are both in my drive c and d. i tried using unlocker on both recycler and sys vol info and then deleting both only to find out that they're still on my drive.. i tried using kaiser killer, nod32 and avg but its useless.. your help will much appreciated.. thank you
