Five Years of Annual Personal and Real Property Taxes, Exhibit 1-J.
Penn requestsconfidential treatment of the Exhibit 1-J which is confidential proprietary businessinformation which is not generally available to the public, the disclosure of which would place Penn at a competitive disadvantage. This type of information is specifically excludedfrom the definition of Public Record by M.G.L. c 4 §7(26)(g) and Section 9(b) of the Act.
