Natural stones each have an innate energy that is unique to each type of stone. When combinedtogether, much like the crystals and stones in the Shield matrix, the energy becomes greater thanthe separate stones on their own
. Each hand crafted piece uses the properties of the stones, combinedwith intuitive construction techniques to bring forth the most harmonious blending of energies possible.
We offer not only customized Shields, but custom jewelry as well.
Do you have a particular color,stone or style in mind? Feel free to ask if I can create something for you. I do need to know specifics,like how long you'd like the necklace to be, do you want fairly delicate styling, or something a littlemore chunky? Designs can be adventurous, smart, elegant, classy, refined or fun and a little quirky. Itwould help the creative process if you also send a photo, so I can tune into your energy and createsomething very healing and beautiful just for you. The cost on custom jewelry starts at $180.The pricedepends totally on the cost of the stones and metals being used. I'll give you an estimate prior to startingthe work. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your final purchase price.Because most of my styles are of natural stones and materials, there may be some variations in the finalproduct. Many are one-of-a-kind and can’t be duplicated. If you see something you love and can’t get itat the moment, be sure and ask if it will continue to be available.

Artgoes beyond words to our deeper selves.The truest meaning of any piece of art is what it evokes and brings forth in the wearer/viewer.Trust your instincts. If you're drawn to a piece, there's something there for you. It may "go withan outfit", but it may have uses and energies far beyond coordinating with your wardrobe andthose meanings may unfold with time.I can look up the properties of stones, and also “tune in” to the feeling I get from the piece andgive you a basic explanation. But the application in your life may be muchdeeper and transformative than what any of us can know.
I have found that just as with the Shield’s matrix,
the way crystals and stones areput together makes a difference in their frequency.
There are times when I’mmaking a necklace and aesthetically I want to put a stone in a particular place, butenergetically it needs to be done differently. Sometimes it seems that it’sextremely important that a particular stone hit exactly “so” when worn.Sometimes, though, I am so into the beauty of the creation, that I don’t always payattention to the prompting I’m getting as far as placement if it doesn’t match withmy visual desire. Well, I’m still learning, because what happens when I don’t listen is that the entirepiece falls apart just as I go to put the clasp on it. I’m getting clearer and clearer on the listening part, butstill find it funny from time to time when something self destructs and makes me do it over.You know that stones and crystals have healing properties, You probably don't know that
even glassbeads can have similar properties. 80-90% of the energy of the stones and crystals comes from itscolor
, you're getting that similar energy from the color of the glass beads (when used). I have discoveredthat by storing each color group in separate drawers the glass beads take on even more of the energies of the natural stones, and through my intent as I create the jewelry, that energy will remain as part of thebeads.
Each piece I create is made with a clear intentionality.
What is intentionality? Lynne McTaggart inher books “The Field” and “The Intention Experiment” describes intentionality as the ability of ourdirected thoughts to make a difference in the physical world. When I work, I send with each piece theintentionality that the wearer receive the highest benefit possible for their highest good.

I feel thatcreative expression is something we all need to really keep in touch with our souls, our inner selves. Itdoesn't matter if it's just creating a nice flower arrangement or a nice vignette on a table…the importantthing is to find a way to create or experience beauty.I could go on about the details of my life which have taken me to a lot of places, some planned, somecompletely unexpected. My life hasn’t taken a straight path from one place to another, but followed a lotof twists and turns. The changes in my life have brought a lot of wonderful people into my life, some fora long time, others have shared time with me briefly, but all these connections brought somethingbeautiful to me. I’ve been an accountant, a sales person, a writer, a clothing designer, an office managerand a few other things along the way.I’m blessed to have connected and re-connected with the BioElectric Shield Company. I love workingwith a product that I truly know is making a difference. The chance to talk to and meet our clients isalways enriching and heart-warming. Now with the addition of being able to create jewelry to enhancethe Shield experience, I’m even more sure that this is a connection that was destined to be.The one constant has always been a need to keep growing and creating. Totally by accident I began thisnew career in jewelry design. I went to the Milwaukee Bead and Button show and completely immersedmyself in fabulous stones and beads. With the help of a good friend, I ended up with a dresser full of gorgeous beads and gemstones. From that point I’ve turned my passion for jewelry, crystals and stonesand creative design into lot of fabulous jewelry.Michelangelo said “Every block of stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculptor todiscover it”I have that same feeling about jewelry. I read books and magazines about jewelry designs and look at alot of inspirational idea. But when it comes time to sit down and make something, all that goes out thewindow. My creative process consists of opening all the drawers in my bead cabinet (all arranged bycolor) and seeing which beads call to me. Then I wait for them to let me know what they want tobecome. Sounds odd, perhaps, but I feel that each bead has an energy and a purpose and they truly helpto inspire. Years ago, I designed clothing the same way, I would layout a bolt of fabric and then wouldwake up in the morning with a vision of what it was to become. Jewelry is even more intuitive than that,and much more immediate. I pull out a collection of beads, and then sit with them for a while.Sometimes I have an immediate picture of what I’m making, other times it evolves completely on itsown as I work. It’s a fun, and often surprising process.
