TORs of Corporate Communications Committee

In order to effectively manage the Banks Corporate Image Building Campaigns, a Corporate Communications Committee has been reformed which was previously as Media Management Committee. This committee will bring synergies and streamline all the corporate affairs related to image building: Scope: a. Selection of advertising agency b. Liaison with advertising agencies c. Finalize/ recommend comprehensive 360o campaigns include print/ electronic/ online/ outdoor media. d. Finalize annual corporate communications budget, corporate strategy & road map e. Finalize the artworks/ T.V commercials f. Ensure the effectiveness and quality of corporate image building campaigns g. Finalize the newspapers, radio/ electronic channels for getting maximum mileage h. Select sites for billboards, streamers, vehicle branding, branch branding etc i. Finalization of sponsoring corporate events for effective public relations General: The Committee will meet at least once in a month, Secretary will be responsible for arranging the meeting, prepare minutes and ensuring these minutes are approved within a week by the chairman. Approved minutes shall be distributed amongst members. The quorum of Committee will be 4 members The Chairman of the Committee , or in his absence, Group Head (HR) or a senior member , nominated to chair the meeting by the member present, shall preside such meeting and shall in the event of equality of votes have a casting vote. All final approvals will be signed down by the DCEO and the President
