Ariafya LLCs Star Wars Actors Guild 77 Social Media Posting Policy
The Star Wars Actors Guild 77, also known as the SWAG 77, is a subdivision of Ariafya LLC.
SWAG 77 respects the right of participant volunteers to write blogs and use social media sites.
We encourage participants to express their creativity and publish it. We value our participants
creativity and we honor their interest in engaging in these methods of communication during
an unscheduled performance times. All references herein refer to SWAG 77 at this time. This
document may be updated without warning at any time.
This policy has been set forth to provide a clear line between you as an individual and you as a
SWAG 77 participant. There have been problems that directly affect the business of SWAG 77
when personal posts made by participants violate the SWAG 77s policies or rights of other
participants, stakeholders or vendors.

Guidelines for Online Posting
You may not use any SWAG 77 resources or equipment to create or maintain a personal blog,
personal website or any social media activities, nor may you do so during scheduled
performance times.
You are legally responsible for content you post to the Internet, in a blog or social media site.
You can be held personally liable for defamation, trade secret revelations, confidential or
proprietary information and copyright infringement.
All participants are responsible for maintain the SWAG 77s positive reputation and under no
circumstances should participants present the SWAG 77 to the public in a manner that
diminishes its standing within the community. Instead, participants are responsible for
presenting themselves in a manner that safeguards their positive reputation, as well as the
SWAG 77s participants, administrators and agents.
All of the SWAG 77s policies apply to anything you write in a personal blog, post to the
Internet, or upload to the Internet. This means, for example, that you may not use personal
postings to harass or threaten other participants or reveal proprietary or confidential
information. It is also unacceptable to harass by embarrassment (outing), unkind, false or
mislead the public in comments and posts about SWAG 77, other participants, customers,
clients, vendors or competitors.

If a participant chooses to identify him or herself as a participant of the SWAG 77 on any social
media site, he or she must adhere to the following:
Participants are required to state in clear terms that the views expressed on any social
media site are the participants alone and that they do not necessarily reflect the views
of the SWAG 77.
Participants are prohibited from disclosing information on any social media site that is
confidential or proprietary to the SWAG 77 or to a third party that has disclosed
information to the SWAG 77. For example, this includes information about or identifying
the SWAG 77s customers, co-participants, incidents that occur at SWAG 77, or
information that may be valuable to a competitor.
Participants are prohibited from displaying the SWAG 77s trademarks, logos, or their
images that reflect the SWAG 77s brand identity on any social media network without
permission from the SWAG 77. Also, they should not post images of co-participants
without co-participants consent. Finally, participants are prohibited from posting any
nonpublic images of SWAG 77 premises and property.
Participants are prohibited from making statements about the SWAG 77, their co-
participants, our customers, competitors, agents or partners that could be harassing,
threatening, libelous or defamatory in any way.
Participants are prohibited from acting as a spokesperson for the SWAG 77 or posting
comments as a representative of the SWAG 77.
Participants are prohibited from sharing any communication that engages in personal or
sexual harassment, unfounded accusations, or remarks that would contributes to a
hostile work environmental (racial, sexual, religious, sexual preference, etc.), as well as
any behavior not in agreement with the SWAG 77s Participants Terms of Service or
general policies.
If you have any concerns about the confidentiality of proprietary of something you like to post,
check with your moderator first.
Participants can be asked and will provide a disclosure annually on the date of their joining to
SWAG 77 whether or not they have a personal website or web blog (or other social media
presence)

Participants who participate in social media may still decide to include information about their
work at SWAG 77 as part of their personal profile, as it would relate to a typical social
conversation. This may include:
Personal participation the SWAG 77s sponsored events, including but not limited to
written work, broadcasts, presentations, competitions and volunteer activities.
A participant who is responsible for a social media posting that fails to comply with the
guidelines set forth in this policy or that otherwise causes harm to the SWAG 77 may be subject
to discipline, up to and including removal from the site. Participants will be held responsible for
the disclosure, whether purposeful or inadvertent, of confidential or proprietary information,
information that violates the privacy rights or other rights of a third party, or the content of
anything posted on any social media. Furthermore, participants may be liable for monetary
damages for such disclosure.
Anything posted on a participants website or web log or the Internet content for which the
participant is responsible will be subject to all the SWAG 77s policies, rules, regulations and
guidelines. The SWAG 77 and its agents (and contractors) are free to view and monitor a
participants website or web log at any time without consent or previous approval.
Participants should let their administrator know if they encounter incorrect information about
the SWAG 77 that might randomly appear online. Participants themselves should not attempt
to correct any such information that appears online.
Please keep in mind that your personal positions will be read not only by your friends and
family, but possibly by your co-participants and administrators, as well as the SWAG 77s
customers, clients, vendors and competitors. Please use common sense and good judgment
when deciding what to include in a post or comment. If you are unsure as to whether a post
may or may not be appropriate or may be confidential, please consult your supervisor.
