Position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the
health care center where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served.
Responsiblities include dining room supervision and supporting the
inventory management and ordering process. Position will include
rotating weekend and holiday management coverage.
Candidate must be comfortable interacting with residents and will
be required to supervise dining room service, expedite, supervise
special functions, and oversee production and ordering in the Chef's
absence. Reporting to the Director of Dining Services, the ideal
candidate will have experience in: NYSDOH regulations and survey
preparedness, healthcare management, customer relations, manag-
ing diverse workforce, finances, employee training and managing the
HACCP and safety programs. CDM/CFPP preferred.
