chocolate souffl 1/2 cup milk 1 square chocolate 2/3 stale cake of cookie crumbs 2 eggs 5 tbsp.

sugar 3 tbsp. chopped nuts pinch of salt Scald milk with chocolate, beat until smooth and add crumbs, stir until milk is absorbe, then add egg yolks mixed with 2 & 1/2 tbsp sugar, chopped nuts and salt. beat egg whits until stiff with remaining mixture. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
