3001 THEREUPON:2 The following proceedings were had:3 THE COURT: Good morning, ladies and4 gentlemen.5 Please have a seat.6 All right, Mr. Spellman, sir, you were on7 the stand yesterday. You're still under oath.8 MR. HOULIHAN: Your Honor, before we move9 on to the examination, the order that you issued on10 October 23rd was in response to their request for a11 protective order. It was that they deliver the12 statements of July, August, September and October of 13 2001, which they did, and a copy of the check or 14 evidence of wire transfer of the Channel 4 payment.15 The Channel 4 payment was $50,000. They16 gave me documents that show $24,000. I would like17 the rest of those.18 THE COURT: All right, did that -- okay,19 that is an ancillary proceeding, but --20 MR. HOULIHAN: I don't need to stop this.21 I'm just saying that I need it.22 THE COURT: All right.23 MR. GOLDSTEIN: We'll make a photocopy and24 deliver it to them. I have the originals here.
