Limit Fungsi Vektor

Agar limit fungsi vektor X=F(t) untuk t mendekati a dapat dibahas, di sekitar a harus terdapat tak terhingga banyaknya titik dari Df ; untuk ini kita mengambil Df selang terbuka D yang memuat a, kecuali mungkin di a sendiri. Situasi yang terjadi adalah jarak F(t) ke suatu vektor tetap L dapat dibuat sebarang dekat dengan cara membuat jarak t ke a cukup dekat. Jarak dua vektor yang digunakan adalah seperti yang didefinisikan di atas sedangkan untuk jarak t ke a di R kita pergunakan nilai mutlak.
