I created this document when I decided to look for a job after almost 20 years of consulting. At the time I went looking, I figured there probably weren't too many companies with articulated jobs that would match the function I wanted. I also figured it would help me navigate the options and that it would help a potential employer understand who they were hiring and where I was headed. Better to be upfront, oui?
