 AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS OF THELUSO-AMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE SOCIETY As Approved by theLuso-American Life Insurance Society National Councilat its Meeting of April 6, 2003
Article 4. A. Members, Section 3. Luso-American LifeInsurance Society National Council, which now reads:"A regular meeting of the National Council shall beheld biennially in April, time and place to be fixed bythe Luso-American Life Insurance Society Board."Be, and the same is, hereby amended to add:"However, after 2005 a regular meeting of theNational Council shall be held triennially in April,time and place to be fixed by the Luso-American LifeInsurance Society Board."Article 4. B. Directors, Section 3. Term, which nowreads:"The Term of office of the elected Directors shallbe for six (6) years; one-third up for election everytwo (2) years at the National Council meeting."Be, and the same is, hereby amended to add:"However, after 2005 the Term of office of theelected Directors shall be for six (6) years; one-halfup for election every three (3) years at the NationalCouncil meeting."
