What we’re learning
Our Bible stories for this week are “The Parable of the Rich Man and PoorLazarus” and “The Rich Young Man.” We will be reading “Rose and Grandma Make theSun Shine” and “Our Family Get-Together” in our basal reading books. In phonics weare focusing on long “a” and “o” sounds. Math will include “doubles plus one” flash cards(4+5, 3+4 etc.) We will begin learning about various land forms in social studies andfocusing on the letter “d” in handwriting.
