cleanedin, washed in, soaked in, or spotted with gasoline,dry-cleaning solvents, other flammable, or explosivesubstances as they give off vapors that could ignite orexplode.

Donotaddgasoline,dry-cleaningsolvents,orotherflammable,orexplosivesubstancestothewashwater.Thesesubstancesgiveoffvaporsthatcouldigniteorexplode.

Undercertainconditions,hydrogengasmaybeproducedinahotwatersystemthathasnotbeenusedfor2weeksormore.HYDROGENGASISEXPLOSIVE.Ifthehotwatersystemhasnotbeenusedforsuchaperiod,beforeusingthewashingmachine,turnonallhotwaterfaucetsandletthewaterflowfromeachforseveralminutes.Thiswillreleaseanyaccumulatedhydrogengas.Asthegasisflammable,donotsmokeoruseanopenflameduringthistime.

Do not allow children to play on or in the washer. Closesupervision of children is necessary when the washer is usednear children.
