CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE

CONTRATO DE COMPRAVENTA REUNIDOS

This contract for sale and purchase, hereinafter referred to as "Contract" or "Agreement", is executed this 23rd day of October, 2001, by and between John Swift, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and Tom Field, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Seller is the owner of Seller's property, situated and located in Niagara County, State of New York, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereinafter referred to as the "Property"; and WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase Seller's property and Seller desires to sell said property to Buyer; NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises hereinafter contained, the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy the "Property" upon the following terms and conditions.

De una parte, John Swift, denominado en lo sucesivo el Vendedor, Y de otra, Tom Field, denominado en lo sucesivo el Comprador. Ambas partes celebran el presente contrato de compraventa, denominado en lo sucesivo el Contrato o el Acuerdo este da 23 de octubre de 2011. EXPONEN

1. Que el Vendedor es el propietario de la finca, denominada en lo sucesivo la Propiedad ,que se encuentra en el condado de Nigara, en el estado de Nueva York (EE.UU) y que se describe ms detalladamente en el anexo A que se adjunta y que forma parte de este documento; 2. Que el Comprador tiene intencin de adquirir la propiedad del Vendedor y que el vendedor enajenar dicha propiedad al Comprador; Por lo tanto, considerando las disposiciones y promesas mutuas que se disponen en este documento, el Vendedor acuerda vender y el Comprador acuerda comprar la Propiedad en virtud de las siguientes estipulaciones:
