Integrate
The challenge: How can we grow the number of organizations who volunteer and encourage them to also donate? How do we:
Collect and invest in stronger data management? Build new revenue streams/cross promotion and branding?

A challenging year to grow new corporate revenue dollars. CFR identified organizations whose giving guidelines matched Catholic Charities mission. Asked Volunteer Department to help prepare for solicitation. Many organizations will not accept an LOI, or a grant proposal unless we have employees volunteering at our sites.

Tuesday, September 11, 2012 The Minnesota Vikings and the teams trainers will conduct their annual mini drill for the children of St. Joseph's Home for Children and Northside Child Development Center. This activity also includes the yearly volunteer assistance of our good friends from the law firm, Faegre Baker Daniels. Tuesday, September 18, 2012 Target employees are coming to St. Joseph's Home for Children to help with outdoor fall cleanup and indoor cleaning. Thursday, September 27, 2012 WipFli employees are coming to Northside Child Development Center to paint and clean. Friday, October 5, 2012 U.S. Bank Senior Leadership, Business Line Leaders and the Market Committee will be preparing and serving breakfast at the Opportunity Center. Friday, October 19, 2012 U.S. Bank Senior Leadership, Business Line Leaders and the Market Committee will be preparing and serving breakfast at the Opportunity Center. Thursday, November 8, 2012 General Mills will purchase, prepare and serve a pre-Thanksgiving meal for the families at Northside Child Development Center.
