 The culture of IPG is important to createprofessional , disciplined , confidence ,good leader , committed and humbleteacher .For example by greeting the seniors willmakes all the trainer teachers to becomesa humble person and having a good sociallife. By all this aspect all the trainerteacher will be acceptable by community.
 
Is the culture in IPG is the samewith those in other institutionsof higher education?If yes, what is the difference andsimilarity?
