I KEEP RECEIVING NOTICES TO FILE BECAUSE I PAY OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS? I AM 79+ YEARS OLD AND MY SPOUSE IS 83+ YEARS OLD AND WE ONLY RECEIVE SOCIAL SECURITY AS OUR INCOME. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO YOU MORE THAN ONCE. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO KEEP THIS FROM ANNOYING US?
I received a CONFIRMATION LETTER #01-5909115-022409 to confirm that I filed my 2007 tax return. I gave my correct information to the representative thinking that she made all the necessary changes in your system to prevent this error. After all of that, I have received another request for my 2006 tax return #01-1333856-031109 with the incorrect name of Madeline F. Fierro. My legal name is Magdeline Fierro- de Alba. Please get this right this time.
I need to talk to someone that speaks english, its a shame to me that you cater to illeagals more than to people born in this country........ You sent me a letter that you didn't recieve my 2007 tax return. Sorry but I did. Not my fault, but yours........... I owe you nothing, so go after someone more important, Like some of your Democratic Tax Evaiders in the Senant and Congress who didn't pay their taxes. They didn't even pay interest or penitlies, Good Day
Hello, I am responding to notice # 01-2817733-021908. I was a Colorado resident and therefore you should not be hastling me. Actually you owe me tax payments that were overpaid since back in 2003 and on and I understand you won't even pay interest for the time you have held these funds. Besides that you (Calif) have conficated some Credit union deposits that were calmly sitting there earning interest and bothering nobody. I know you habitually spend more than you take in, but it doesn't seem fair to take money from hardworking people, particularly if they are residents from other states, mistakenly. Best I can tell, the only way we can fix things is to make a 35 minute wait on a phone call across state lines, only to later get hung up upon. Who is responsible for the cost of the calls to 866 204-7902 which is supposedly available "anytime." Yeah right. There never is anyone answering! I don't know if I have been getting anyone's attention, but if so I would appreciate a call at 949 551-4278 before I leave the state to go home. It is my underatanding you have also messed up my credit rating by reporting bogus information to the Equifaxes of the world who are known to instantly take mistakes and put them in their data base and report that erroneous information to all manner of people who contact them without our permission. From what I understand these errors are recorded at the speed of light without any checking as to their credibility, but it then takes light years to get them expunged. You don't even get an apology, and there is no thread that goes to all the people the error was reported to to tell them the Equifaxes and governments of the world goofed up and the errors in their records and others they communicated. If any thing I've stated is untrue. please supply supporting documentation so we can get this all rectified with other things that also need to be fixed. I hope you are taking this with a sense of humor as well as the understanding that there is a lot of truth behind what is being said. Let's together see if we can make the system better and less painful for all involved. Thank you. Sincerely, Paul Marshall c/o 949 551-4278, 303 581-0113, 720 238-5597, Email quincejuice@live.com .
