The Albany County Sheriffs Office reports the arrests of 3 subjects on Drug charges.

1. Ryan J. Cahill, age 24 of 16 Glenwood St. Albany N Y 12203 2. William J. Siebert, age 32 of 1188 Western Ave Albany N Y 12203 3. Monya M. Bostic, age 22 of 474 West St. Albany N Y 12206 The subjects were arrested for Criminal Sale of a Hallucinogenic Substance (class B Felony), Conspiracy in the fourth degree (class E Felony) and Loitering in the 1st degree (B Misdemeanor). Siebert and Bostic were also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument both (class A Misdemeanors).

The complaint alleges the subjects did sell 50 Ecstasy pills to another person for $450.00. The Complaint further alleges that Siebert and Bostic did both have a quantity of heroin and hypodermic needles in their possession at the time of their arrest.

The 3 subjects were arraigned in the Town of Guilderland Court by the Honorable Judge Randall and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility without bail.
