METRO MANILA AND THEREST OF THE COUNTRY WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITHISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS.MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS BLOWING FROM THENORTHEAST TO EAST WILL PREVAIL OVER LUZON, EASTERNVISAYAS AND EASTERN MINDANAO AND THE COASTAL WATERSALONG THESE AREAS WILL BE MODERATE TO ROUGH.
