• Hire a wedding coordinator, if needed or arrange with Allesverloren FCV to co-ordinate yor wedding with s.• Reserve the reception vene and pay deposits.• Meet with marriage ofcers and choose one who sits yor personal style.• Compile and nalise yor gest list.• Order or begin shopping for yor gown or ask s to organize ameeting with one of or service providers.• Select DJ/band for the reception or ask s for assistance.• Interview photographers and videographers. Look for someone whonderstands yor style and with whom yo feel comfortable.• Interview orists or se or in-hose orist that will be available foran interview on yor next visit. (

4+ months
• The groom shold nalise what he and his attendantswill be wearing.• Choose accessories for the bride and attendants.• By any special lingerie yor dress reqires and wear it to yor ttings.• Begin a rotine of cleansing facials.• Reserved hired eqipment if not spplied by Allesverloren FCV.• By wedding rings• Check passports and visa reqirements for yor honeymoon, orse or preferred service providers regarding yor honeymoon fordisconted rates.• Collect invitations and start addressing envelopes.• Arrange transportation for the wedding day.• Book room for honeymoon night.• Reserve accommodation for ot of town gests.

2+ months
• Send ot invitations.• Decide on yor wedding vows.• By shoes and veil to sit yor gown.• Meet with yor hairdresser and see how yor dress, veil and hairstyle with work together.
One month to go
• Do trial rns of the bride’s hair and make-p.• Print programme for the ceremony.• Conrm with yor marriage ofcer that a license has been arranged.• Obtain the necessary docments for yor srname change.• Collect wedding rings.• Collect yor gown and choose a garter.• Choose yor men.• Order wine and liqor from Allesverloren FCV.
One to two weeks
• Finalize the seating plan and draw p a seating chart.

• Conrm delivery times of yor owers and cake if not coordinated by Allesverloren FCV.• Notify caterer of the nal gest cont.• Make sre the groom and his attendants have collected their otts.• Conrm date, time and location with yor orist, msicians and  photographer.• Make nal payments.• Conrm beaty appointments for the day.• Conrm honeymoon reservations and start packing.
The day before
• Make an emergency kit of headache tablets, needle and thread,safety pins and so on.• Pack a small bag for yor wedding night.• Set yor alarm clock and make sre yo get some sleep.
Your Wedding Day…
• Start the day with a good breakfast.• Tell yor relatives that yo love them.• Relax and have a great day. Remember to pase once in a while totake it all in. The details are what make yor day so special.
Sit down with those involved in the planning of you’re wedding and  go through this timeline. Set yourselves deadlines but remember that  some things will fall into place sooner than expected, while othersmay take a little longer. If you’re planning your wedding in less than six months, don’t panic! Simply begin today. But the best advice we could give, whatever your wedding style, is...don’t let the details overshadow the joy of the occasion! Allesverloren FCV also offers a wedding coordinating service.

 Before you plan your wedding, know how much you can spend and what you want to spend on it. As a general guideline, allow approximately 50% of your budget tothe reception (location, food and beverages). Then allow up to 10%
each to owers, photography, attire and music. The rest goes to sta
