Please note on page 4 lines 15 thru 21. Our Congress, who is responsible for the disbursement of appropriated funds, has just given all the appropriated funds to the Executive Branch. These lines were supposed to be removed by court order. These lines were not. We are turning over all our monies to the executive branch and now the Congress wants to nationalize the banks giving the rest of the money to the Executive Branch, or the Federal Reserve. Does anyone see a problem with one branch of supposedly equal check and balance democracy having all the money that runs the government, business, and its people?
