    The City of Zamboanga, which is hereby created, shall consists of the present territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Zamboanga, the municipality of Bolong, the municipal district of Isabela, the municipal district of Lamitan, and the municipal district of Maluso.

    Section 3 — Corporate Character of the City of Zamboanga.

    The City of Zamboanga constitutes a political body corporate and, as such, is endowed with the attribute of perpetual succession and possessed of the powers, which pertain to a municipal corporation, to be exercised in conformity with the provisions of this Charter.
