Dear Public School Supporter,
Texas public schools are at a crossroad. Withunderfunding and over-testing created by pastlegislatures, we need change NOW!
Join Save Texas Schools and San Antonio area partnersfor the STS San Antonio Conference on Friday evening,Feb. 8.
We'll work together to make sure that we have alegislature that understands the vital role public education playsin our state's future.Speakers at the conference include State Rep. Mike Villarreal,Northside ISD Supt. Brian Woods as well as other localeducation leaders, parents and students. There will be a paneldiscussion, audience questions and time for table discussionsaround next steps.The conference is FREE (suggested $5 donation) and includesa light dinner and conference materials. Feel free to inviteothers. Advance registration is appreciated.The conference is KID FRIENDLY with childcare available(please register in advance).
