ተልዕኮአችን፣ ሁሉንም አካታች የሆኑ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች፣ ከፍተኛ የአካዳሚክውጤት ለሚያመጡ ተማሪዎች በማካ ሄድ፣ ውጤታማ ዜጋዎች በመሆን በሕይወትዘለቅ ትምህርት ተደሳች እንዲሆኑ ለማስቻል ነው። Dunbar ከፍተኛ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት፣ ተማሪዎች ስፋት ያለው እና ፍቺ በሚሰጥሁኔታ ገጠመኞች አማካይነት፣ ጥራቱን የጠበቀ ትምህርት እንዲያገኙ ማድረግ ነው። ተማሪዎች ሁሉ፣ በ Dunbar በሚካሄዱ በርካታ የተለያዩተጨማሪ የትምህርት ዐይነቶች ውስጥ በመሳተፍ፣ ሁለንተናዊነታቸው የተሟላ ዐዋቂ ምሁራን እንዲሆኑ ይበረታታሉ። የቀድሞ የትምህርት ቤቱምሩቅ ተማሪዎች (Alumni) ሁሉ ከፍተኛ ውጤቶች የሚያመጡበት በመስፈርቶች የሚራመድ ሥርዓተ ትምህርት እንዲያገኙ፣ የትምህርትቤቱን ተልዕኮ በሚሊዬን ዶላር እርዳታቸው እየደገፉ ናቸው።
