This front page, above the flag, editorial ran in the Feb. 12 edition of the Auburn Plainsman, which is Auburn University's student run newspaper. It has touched off a minor controversy among Plainsman alumni and others. The issue seems to be, was this front page editorial and, more specifically its wording and focus, a justified act.
