Prepared & Information collected by
Dear Friends,I would like to start writing regarding newinformation’s and tips/tricks related withpc and new technology, whatever I amreceiving or findings. I do not making anymoney out of my writings, I just start writing information just as a hobby.I am sure that you willlike my articles. Onlyone thing, you arerequested to forwardthis information toeveryone who requiredthese types of informative articlesand all of you arehighly appreciable, if you send a feed backwith your comments tome, whether your comments good or baddoesn’t matter .Today I like to introduce you about access of different email accounts undera single email client. Did you ever thingabout it, all mail access with a singleclick, or in other words, all mail accesswill be under a single email client. (a thirdparty software).Yes it is possible and absolutely free of cost. I found that it is not comfortable toaccess mails via going each sites andtype user id and passwords separately. For that I prefer Microsoft outlook express2007 / 2003. Really believe me it’s veryuser friendly and comfortable forreceiving and sending mails as well asarranging mails by folder base on yourbuddy’s name and make personal folderslock also if required (optional). The main merit of outlook express is that you can read your mails on offline mode. You can mark it as per color coding, highimportance category etc.. There are moreoptions inside. Now let me come tothe point..As you knownormally most of the companies areusing outlookexpress forcommunication, definitely they havetheir own serveraddress andaccess. But if you don’t have such like a server oraccess, No problem, you can also receiveall emails from your different accounts, even all its are free account.Normally for forwarding emails from oneaccount to another account is not a freecharge matter.Example, yahoo is not providing such likea facility, until you have a Yahoo +mailaccount of yahoo. It is chargeable to you.But don’t worry, you can access youryahoo mails as well as Gmail, hotmail, rediff mails etc..
Configuration of all these mail account in outlook is thru different settings.
May be you will find different settings in internet also, but most of them are not working,I go thru most of the settings. So, as per my experiment with different configuration andsettings, lastly I find out the exact settings for each account that
I would like to share with you.
See my Outlook express inbox accounts list
So that it will ask outgoing account IDwhile sending an email you have the option for selecting your account.
This is an advantage option. By ticking you can select any account as per you wish.
