calls and prayers over these past 4 months of going to Rochester
for health issues. It has been a very trying time and all your sup-
port has helped us make it through. We are especially thankful
for the Gilmore City ambulance, Humboldt Hospital staff and
ambulance for getting me stabilized and taken to Rochester.
You should be very proud to have such an excellent facility
and EMTs in your community. Thank you to Gene and Rick of
Humboldt Motors and our son John and friends at Johns Ag for
helping us after a deer totaled our van in October on the way
home from Rochester. You will never know how much it meant
to us for all the help getting another vehicle. And the most
special THANK YOU to my wife for everything she has been
through these past months. She has been the rock of the family
and without her it would have been a very hard time. God bless
each and every one of you and may 2013 be a better year.

Single party, voice grade residential service,

Network Access Charge Single Line $3.50

no charge for low income customers that qualify. Emergency 911
