    Its time for bed!


    Have you:

    Cleaned your room?

    Brushed your teeth? Put on your pajamas?

    Put away your day clothes properly?

    Laid out your clothes for tomorrow?

    Gone to the bathroom?

    Gotten a drink of water?

    Said good night to everyone?

    Now, lets remember Allah before we go to bed by making thikr, because:

    for men and women who engage much in Allaah's remembrance, for them has Allaah prepared forgiveness and great reward..

    The Prophet (salAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam) also said: When you are about to sleep recite AayatulKursi till the end of the ayah for there will remain over you a protection from Allah and no devil will draw near to you until morning.

    Last Two Ayaat of Baqarah

    The Prophet (sal-Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) also said: Whoever recites the last two Ayaat of Surah al-Baqarah at night, those two Ayaat shall be sufficient for him . Page5 [Soorah al-Baqarah, Aayaat 285-286] 2010 Talibiddeen Jr.

    When you go to bed say:

    How Perfect Allaah is. [thirty-three times]

    All praise is for Allaah. [thirty-three times]

    Alla-hum-ma qi-nee a-thaa-ba-ka yowma tab-a-thu i-baa-da-ka

    O Allaah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected.

    In Your Name O Allah, I live and die.

    Bis-mi-ka Alla-hum-ma a-moo-tu wa ah-yaa

    If you take to your bed, then perform ablution, lie on your right side [and then supplicate [the following thikr] ...If you then die, you will die upon the fitrah.

    O Allah, I submit my soul unto You, and I entrust my affair unto You, and I turn my face towards You, and I totally rely on You, in hope and fear of You. Verily there is no refuge nor safe haven from You except with You. I believe in Your Book which You have revealed and in Your Prophet whom You have sent. ...If you then die, 2010 Talibiddeen Jr. you will die upon the fitrah .
