Employment history:I have over 8 years teaching experience to all ages and nationalities in theclassroom, although the latter 4 years on average I have been teaching onlineover the internet, with the occasional private students I met travelling and alsohave worked for a few different online companies in Asia (Japan, China andKorea), Canada and another British company. My teaching policy:I like the student to feel relaxed and comfortable in my classes so they can feelfree to ask any questions that they may have concerning their studies. I feel afriendly working environment contributes to helping students achieve the bestfrom their classes. I am very polite and professional and like to build a goodteacher-student relationship. I have many years experience teacher online andalso in the classroom with Asian students and love the people and culture. Why my lessons good:I try to keep the teacher 'talk-time' to a minimum to allow the student to practicetheir speaking skills as much as possible, but obviously helping them withdifficulties where necessary.
