Journals.What is your favourite season and why?My all time favourite season would have to be summer. Summer is hot, and you canwear skirts and tank tops and go swimming outside when it isn’t 25 degrees below.I like it because you can hang out outside with your friends, and you can walkaround and not have to wear a ski suit. Another reason is because you can run.Running is a passion of mine, and whether it’s night or day it’s not too cold. Thelast reason I love summer is because the night doesn’t fall until around 10:30,which means you can stay out longer.What is your favourite sport and why?I have two favourite sports, and they are basketball and hockey. I’ve been playingbasketball for 3 years, and this year I’m on the school team. Basketball is agreat sport because you get a very big adrenaline rush andit’s very unpredictable. I love hockey because it’s fun, and I love to skate. Alsobecause there are some really hot guys that play. I don’t play on a hockey team,but I will be joining house league next year.If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Why?If I could have any superpower, I think it would be a choice between mind readingand flying. Mind reading would be a very good one because you could know whatpeople thought of you and what they thought of other people. It would cause a lotof drama, but it would be fun to hear. Flying would be an advantage also becauseyou wouldn’t need your parents to drive you everywhere. Also it would be reallyeasy to sneak out because your parents wouldn’t really know where you were, andyou could get home just as easy. I think I would choose mind reading, though. Iwould love to know what people really thought.Friendship or fame? Why?If I could choose friendship or fame, the decision wouldn’t be tough. Friendshipis more important then fame because you’ll always have your friends. If you screwyour career up in fame, it’s gone. It would be great to have the spotlight and themoney and the limos and the clothes, but you would be very lonely. So if I had thechance to choose, it would be friendship. I would never want to lose my friends.If the world ended tomorrow, what would you accomplish?If the world was going to end tomorrow, there are a lot of things I would like todo. I would travel around the world, to Europe in particular, and I would take allmy friends. I would tell the one person I always loved how much I love them, and Iwould tell all my friends how great they’ve been. I would then go home to myfamily and spend the rest of my hours with them. I would tell my family how muchthey mean to me, and how I would never forget all the amazing things they’ve donefor me. I would let everyone that was close to me how much it means that they werethere. I would thank everyone for putting up with me, especially my teachers. JAre all people equal?I personally think all people are equal. Skin colour and heritage and culture andreligion aren’t a very big prospect when you think about it. It all comes down towhat really matters, and that’s who YOU are. People that are racist and sexistjust aren’t sure about themselves. It gives them no right to treat people the waysome do. Every person has an the same/equal heart, and when you look at the bigpicture, that’s what it comes down to.In your opinion, what makes a person popular?I hate to say it, but at our school especially, brand names and outer appearanceare a huge factor.
