Tips for Family Reunion Attendees
1. Position Yourself for Referrals-
Have short, but meaningful discussions to promote your referral business. Lay out your value proposition quickly and be remembered!
Don’t just hand out cards willy
-nilly. Create a front of mind awareness!
2. Action Items-
Write down 5 Action Items at the end of every day that you will implement for your businessmoving forward. After Family Reunion give yourself a good full day as a strategy development session with these items.
3. Socializing -
Try to spend as many meals as possiblewith associates from other market centers from around thecountry. You will almost always pick up some great tips that you can immediately implement as well as establish great relationships moving forward for referrals.
4. Squeaky Wheel -
Don’t be afraid of going up after class
and speaking directly to the instructors or even smaller groups of high-minded associates. They will often share
their “zinger” ideas with the few who “get it” and are
hungry to learn and are willing to listen to and respect their ideas. The more you listen and less you talk, the more ideas you will receive.
5. 2nd Chance-
Since there are so many classes being offered there are ultimately conflicts with which sessions
you “should” attend. Just remember that if you miss a
class, you can always order or borrow a CD copy of it. Planning your schedule before you leave for Dallas isinvaluable and will payoff big time once you are there.
