SchoolMail Filter Levels - set by teacher for entire class or individual students
Level 1 - All messages must be approved by the monitor, whether or not they contain profanity or problem words such as kill (start everyone here) Level 2 - Messages containing profanity must be approved by the monitor, but messages without flags will reach their recipients automatically. The monitor will also receive a copy of every message not flagged. (alternative assessment) < generally do not use levels 3 or 4 for students under 18> Level 3 - Messages containing profanity must be approved by the monitor, but unflagged messages will reach their recipients automatically. The monitor will not see unflagged messages. Level 4 -All profanity filters are off.
