    Sugar Bubbles

    32 fl oz 16 fl oz 18 fl oz

    Sugar Water Glucose

    Bring sugar and water to a boil. Add glucose and cook until a caramel color is achieved. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Dip a metal straw in the mixture, lift, allow gravity to pull the sugar towards the floor, blow through the straw to make a bubble.
