Provide a summary of the business idea/firm, giving details on theproducts/services, your customer base and competitiveness, projectedsales/profits, sources of finances and its use
Introduction/Background:
Who, what and where are you (will be), whenwas the firm developed or going to be developed, What are youproducts/services and are they unique or similar to those already on themarket and what objectives do you wish to achieve in the short andmedium term?
Market Analysis:
How large is your market and how fast is it growing, whatare the opportunities and threats? How do you intend to take advantage of the opportunities and deal with the threats? How unique is your marketingstrategy?
Situation Analysis:
What distinctive competencies does your companypossess, what are your strengths and weaknesses?How do you intend to match them with the identified opportunities andthreats?
Competition:
Who are your direct and indirect competitors, what are their profiles, market shares and how do you intend to gain and sustain your market share?
Strategy and Implementation:
When will you undertake specific activities(month and year), what are the sources of revenue, the costs and theassumptions these estimates are based on? What are your pricing,promotion and distribution strategies?What facilities and resources do you have or will require?
