These instructions detail the safe use, assembly and maintenance of your product. Please read these instructions carefullyand ensure that they are followed at all times.
Do not use this change table if any part is broken, damaged or missing.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all times.
Do not leave a child unattended.
Ensure that all assembly fittings are always tightened properly.
Use the safety harness at all times
Be aware of the risk of placing the unit in close vicinity of an open fire and other sources of strong heat such asgas and electric heaters and so on.
The unit is designed for one child only.
Ensure that the unit is completely assembled and check that all parts are securely tightened before placing a childon the table.
Do not move the unit whilst a child is on it.
Apply all the brakes on the castor wheels when in use.
Replace the change pad if it is torn or damaged.
Keep children clear of assembly area, while unpacking and during assembly. Ensure safe disposal of all packagingmaterial.
Use only approved spares and accessories supplied by IGC Dorel for the unit.
This unit is not intended for commercial use.
Stop using when infant starts to roll.
To avoid danger of suffocation, keep any plastic bags away from babies and children. Plastic bags can block noseand mouth and prevent breathing. Bags are not toys. Please dispose of waste packaging thoughtfully.
: a changing pad must be used with this table. The pad should fit snugly into the table toprecess. Recommended size: 750mm long x 500mm wide x min 30mm high.
