RECORD SOURCE CATEGORIES
:
Those individuals who submit initialrequests, the agency records searched inthe process of responding to suchrequests; Air Force personnel assignedto handle such requests; other agenciesor entities that have referred requestsconcerning Department of the Air Forcerecords, or that have consulted with theDepartment of the Air Force regardingthe handling of particular requests; andsubmitters of records or information thathave provided assistance to theDepartment of the Air Force in makingFOIA access determinations.
EXEMPTIONS CLAIMED FOR THE SYSTEM
:
During the course of a Privacy Act(PA) action, exempt materials fromother systems of records may becomepart of the case records in this systemof records. To the extent that copies of exempt records from those
other
 systems of records are entered into thesePA case records, the Department of theAir Force hereby claims the sameexemptions for the records as they havein the original primary systems of records which they are a part.Department of the Air Forceexemption rules have been promulgatedin accordance with requirements of 5U.S.C. 553(b) (1), (2), and (3), (c) and (e)published in 32 CFR part 806b. Notice of proposed deadlines forfinal implementation.The Deputy Under Secretary for Safeand Drug-Free Schools proposesdeadline dates for final implementationof requirements under the UnsafeSchool Choice Option (USCO), undersection 9532 of the Elementary andSecondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965, as amended by the No Child LeftBehind Act of 2001. This noticeproposes deadlines by which each Statemust identify persistently dangerousschools, as well as offer students inthose schools and students who arevictims of violent criminal offenseswhile on school property theopportunity to transfer to a safe school.
