RESOLUTION OF THE INDEPENDENCE PARTY STATE COMMITTEE On February 9, 2013 The State Committee of the Independence Party adopted

the following resolution: Whereas an Interim County Organization was purportedly formed on October 12, 2012 for Erie County and; Whereas the paperwork filed at the Erie County Board of Elections purporting to form this Interim County Organization is affixed hereto and; Whereas this meeting was held without the knowledge or consent of the Secretary of the State Committee, Mr. William Bogardt and: Whereas the Rules of the State Committee of the Independence Party of New York specifically require the Secretary of the Independence Party be notified and he grant the request for a meeting of a counties state committee to form an Interim County Organization and: Whereas a copy of this section of the Rules of the Independence Party of New York governing this requirement is affixed hereto this resolution: Be it RESOLVED, that on this date, February 9, 2013, the State Committee, pursuant to the Rules of the Independence Party of New York does dissolve this illegal Interim County Organization for Erie County. Be it further RESOLVED, that the Secretary transmit copies of this resolution to the State Board of Elections and the Erie County Board of Elections.
