Family, during our nabsw 45th annual conference from april 2nd 6th, 2013 the office of student affairs seek student volunteers to assist with some of our events. All students volunteering will receive volunteer service hours for the day of service. Students arriving on Monday april 1st, 2013 (the day before the day of service) with the available time to assist with the set-up process at clara white will receive volunteer service hours as well. Family, the following are areas I seek for assistance to make the most of our 45th annual conference in Jacksonville, florida: 1) Monday april 1st, 2013: 10 students are needed to assist with the setting up of tables, and chairs for the service providers at the clara white mission center. Other task maybe assigned as well in preparation for the day of service. 2) Tuesday april 2nd, 2013 from 8:00am 3:00pm: day of service at the clara white mission center. A minimum of 20-25 students are needed to assist with quick assessments of veterans and escorting them to the various services

providers and resources available. After the day of service is completed, students are needed to assist in the clean-up process at the clara white mission center. 3) Wednesday april 3rd, 2013 from 1:30pm 4:30pm: osa student symposium. Students are needed to assist presenters with set up, and other minor task. For the symposium, professional attire is required. 4) Friday april 5th, 2013 from 6:00pm 9:30pm: 5 8 students are needed to chaperone the nabsw executive board, past nabsw presidents, osa administrative board, and other nabsw dignitaries.
